Role Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting from kickoff through offer, negotiation, and close, partnering with hiring managers and proactively building candidate pipelines.
  • Drive hiring processes with urgency to ensure quick interviews and decisions while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and managing relationships.
  • Manage people operations, including onboarding, HR systems, compliance, and employee support, while coordinating team events and implementing HR programs.

Success Metrics:

  • At 3 months, run independent full-cycle recruiting with fast processes and responsive onboarding, sourcing strong pipelines for organized hiring.
  • At 6 months, manage multiple searches efficiently with trusted end-to-end processes and smooth core people operations like performance reviews.
  • At 12 months, achieve predictable, high-quality hiring with improved tools and seamless HR operations after executing a full annual people ops cycle.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bring 4 to 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple searches independently.
  • Operate with urgency, strong judgment, and high attention to detail, handling sensitive situations with discretion in fast-moving environments.
  • Have exposure to people operations or HR execution, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills for high-growth settings.
