Job Description
You’ll join our team in our Field Services vertical, providing support and expertise to field service professionals. As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, leveraging your knowledge of client needs to enhance the customer experience. You will answer questions on software use, troubleshoot data or software issues, and provide information on training resources. You will also improve technical documentation and identify common issues for self-service solutions. Other responsibilities include maintaining customer interaction logs, escalating system performance issues, and communicating customer needs to improve processes. This position offers an hourly rate of $21.00/hour and may include a discretionary bonus.
