The Role:

  • Own the front-of-house product: Agent UI, Control UI, Active Listening UX.
  • Partner with a counterpart PM – Services to deliver a cohesive product.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the end-to-end agent and supervisor experience across live and post-interaction surfaces.
  • Define perceived latency and interruption budgets for real-time assist surfaces.
  • Write one-page specs that gate every build and drive customer-pilot targets.

  • Technical enough to reason about events, plugins, and latency budgets.
