Job Description
This role is pivotal in establishing a solution and value-oriented method of working with our most strategic customers by helping build long term roadmaps and creating compelling joint vision. You will be the senior‑level technical strategist who ensures our platform for skills-first learning plugs seamlessly into the complex HR‑IT landscapes of global enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with customers to understand the different components of their tech ecosystem and define the end‑to‑end architecture—from data models and AI services to security, governance, and deployment patterns—working side‑by-side with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and client solution teams to make skills‑driven talent experiences part of the enterprise digital fabric.
You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and scope technical engagements, ensure delivery quality, and leverage Degreed technology to implement novel solutions to their challenges. You’ll bring deep technical expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to solve complex challenges in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
