- Own end-to-end onboarding delivery for customers, including kickoff, workshops, and hypercare.
- Lead domain-specific configuration workshops with R&D teams.

- Collect requirements and design solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Work with Data Architect to define scope for implementations.
TEAM & KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT:
- Contribute to scoping templates and playbooks for repeatable delivery.
- Document hours and outcomes to support fixed-fee packages.
