Role Overview:
- Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation program from strategy through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Act as primary transformation lead for the O2C workstream while supporting enterprise governance and operating models.
- Drive process redesign, technology alignment, and measurable business value.
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish program management disciplines including governance, reporting, portfolio visibility, and delivery standards.
- Conduct current-state assessments, process mapping, future-state design, and workflow optimization.
- Manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting materials.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience leading business transformation or program management initiatives.
- Proven experience managing complex O2C transformation programs in large organizations.
- Strong expertise in business process engineering, ERP implementations, and organizational change management.
