As the Vice President, Field Sales & Growth, you will be the strategic growth leader for our Texas region. Your mission is to accelerate market expansion, gross margins, and drive growth with existing agents (SMB Retailers) through high-performing team of territory District Sales Managers (DSMs). You’ll lead with a business development mindset—identifying untapped opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling our presence in the Texas and surrounding marketplace.
Key Responsibilities include Market Expansion & Agent Acquisition, Agent Development & Enablement, Sales Team Leadership, Performance Management, Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence.
What You Bring: Proven success in business development and sales leadership within SMB retail environments. A track record of driving regional growth through strategic planning, execution, and team development. 5+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in a defined territory, preferably in fintech or consumer products. Strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills (Salesforce or similar). Willingness to travel extensively (65%+).
