Job Description

This role serves as a critical bridge between sales, operations, and network partners. This role ensures the development of accurate, compelling proposals and network-related materials that align with client needs and business strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for this position include collaborating closely with the sales team to develop tailored RFP responses and supporting collateral that highlight Point C’s value proposition. In addition, the specialist will analyze provider network adequacy and competitiveness to support proposals and client-specific requests. They will track RFP deadlines and submission timelines and respond to sales team inquiries and provide timely updates and revisions to proposals as needed. Qualifications include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Prior experience in RFP development, provider network analysis, or sales support within the healthcare or insurance industry is strongly preferred.
