Job Description
The primary responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders, establishing new partnerships, developing plans to achieve sales budgets, and creating sales/marketing strategies to develop new business and expand existing account revenue. Effective time-management is required to maintain customer exposure, listen to customer needs, and manage feedback. This role involves routine visits, partnering with product management, defining customer needs, understanding healthcare systems, and complying with regulations. A BA/BS degree, 10+ years in flexible endoscopy and medical device industry, strong customer orientation, communication, analytical skills, and ability to travel are required.
