As a customer-facing member of the Support Team, the Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role as the representative of DoseSpot to newly onboarded customers. This position guides them from the post-sale stage through the go-live phase. This is a great opportunity to join the Customer Success team and contribute to success strategies. The ideal candidate will develop project plans, work to understand customer goals, and guide customers through the implementation of the product.
This role involves providing training to users, assisting with communication and launch activities for each customer, managing multiple projects concurrently, and addressing changing priorities while focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction. The ability to coordinate multi-partner relationships, drive thoughtful resolutions, respond to queries, and meet expectations are crucial. Salesforce is utilized to track interactions, initiatives, and contractual obligations.
