Job Description

Popl is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale our GTM engine. In this role, you'll work across sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize processes, manage systems, and provide the data and insights needed to drive revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 - 4 years of RevOps experience who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make an immediate impact. Own and manage our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Chili Piper, Apollo, and more. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to give visibility into pipeline, funnel conversion, and revenue performance. Improve processes across the customer journey, from lead routing and attribution to renewal workflows and expansion. Partner with sales and marketing leadership to identify friction points and recommend automation or tooling solutions. Manage data integrity and hygiene across systems to ensure clean, accurate reporting. Support forecasting, territory planning, and sales compensation tracking.
