Role Overview:
- Act as operational anchor for specialty care contractors, managing end-to-end coordination.
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality-of-care escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor performance, charting, and SLA adherence.
- Conduct credentialing audits and maintain roster integrity.
- Lead interviews and community recruitment efforts.
Collaboration:
- Partner with regional managers, LCE, and care teams.
- Produce monthly panel summaries and ensure smooth integration of specialty care.
