Senior Specialist, Field Talent Acquisition

About the Role:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Specialist, Field Talent Acquisition to join our People team.
• You will recruit care team roles, focusing on specialist contractors while supporting core Care Team staffing.

What You'll Do:

• Execute creative sourcing strategies across specialized job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and local community networks.
• Conduct initial video interviews in English and Spanish and coordinate a seamless, white-glove candidate experience.
• Partner with the Marketing team to co-host local community events and build robust talent pipelines.

Who You Are:

• You have 3-5 years of recruitment or field account management experience and thrive in a remote role requiring travel.
• You are bilingual in English and Spanish and have a strong track record of building external partnerships.
