Job Description

As a Customer Journey Specialist you will:

  • Engage with trial users early and often to understand their goals.
  • Guide users through key setup steps so they see value quickly.
  • Educate and empower users with best practices and product tips.

You will also:

  • Capture and share feedback from customer interactions to inform the team's approach.
  • Spot and support growing accounts by identifying customers showing signs of adoption.
  • Monitor engagement and usage data to identify patterns and tailor outreach.

Experience in Customer Success, Support, Sales, or Onboarding is desired:

  • Proven ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Comfort working with CRM and engagement tools such as Salesforce is greatly appreciated.
  • A proactive mindset is important - you’re motivated by goals.
