GTM Recruiter

Abridge is looking for a GTM Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM and G&A roles. You will partner strategically with leadership to understand business requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, as well as source passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. As GTM Recruiter you will also drive inclusive recruiting practices that attract diverse talent and create equitable hiring experiences for all candidates. You will enhance the employer brand by representing Abridge's mission and culture to the Go-to-Market community and provide data-driven insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy.
