Job Description
You will be the second dedicated recruiting hire, working side-by-side with the Head of Talent Acquisition to build our company as we continue to scale our modern benefits platform. Manage the end-to-end, full-cycle recruiting process for roles, from initial intake meetings to final offer negotiations and onboarding handoff. Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers across all departments, providing market insights and coaching them on best practices.
Proactively and creatively source passive candidates, with a focus on identifying and engaging top talent for hard-to-fill and technical roles, especially within Software Engineering. Design and deliver an authentic, high-touch, and candidate-friendly experience that embodies the Benepass culture and prioritizes clear, human communication at every stage. Be a vocal advocate for process efficiency, clean data, and continuous improvement and collaborate with the Head of Talent to iterate on our interview frameworks.
