This is a generalist role, where you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of openings, including roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, act as a talent partner to hiring managers and proactively source passive candidates.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll design and execute the recruiting blueprint that fuels Monstro’s next stage of growth, owning the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, AI/ML, product, and operational roles. Beyond filling roles, you’ll architect the systems, tools, and workflows that enable speed, precision, and repeatability.
