We are seeking a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the founder in daily business operations, client intake, scheduling, workflow execution, and general administrative tasks. This role is critical to optimizing the founderโ€™s time, improving internal efficiency, and delivering a polished experience to clients. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, a strong communicator, and capable of working independently without frequent guidance. Responsibilities include managing the founderโ€™s email, scheduling meetings, coordinating client onboarding, maintaining file organization, responding to inquiries, and assisting with task delegation. Must be available during Arizona working hours with a flexible start time between 6amโ€“12pm Pacific.
