Job Description
We are seeking a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the founder in daily business operations, client intake, scheduling, workflow execution, and general administrative tasks. This role is critical to optimizing the founderโs time, improving internal efficiency, and delivering a polished experience to clients. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, a strong communicator, and capable of working independently without frequent guidance.
Responsibilities include managing the founderโs email, scheduling meetings, coordinating client onboarding, maintaining file organization, responding to inquiries, and assisting with task delegation. Must be available during Arizona working hours with a flexible start time between 6amโ12pm Pacific.
