Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of high-profile/complex projects requiring advanced product knowledge and customer communication.
- Coordinate with vendors, sales teams, and customers to optimize pricing, order placement, and profitability.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and documentation while resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
- High School diploma or GED required; electrical distribution industry experience preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
