We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive based in Germany to cover a portfolio of academic, governmental and medical institutions in the DACH region. The focus of the role is identifying and growing new business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will be generating new leads and maintaining existing business by developing relationships with librarians, faculty leaders and researchers. Exciting products will be in your portfolio; Taylor & Francis Journals & Taylor & Francis Open Access initiatives (Open Research). You will expand our growing Online product and Open Access product lines and maintain an awareness of the business within a competitive trading environment.
Key responsibilities include relationship management, planning and attending meetings, analyzing sales figures, maintaining CRM systems, and building internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English and German.
