Senior Platform Manager - Active Directory & Microsoft Entra

Join AbbVie’s Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team as a Directory Services Lead, where we empower our partners to succeed by delivering the knowledge, tools, and support needed to leverage data and technology securely and effectively. As part of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise-wide IAM strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of IAM solutions, leading a team of Identity Engineers, ensuring compliance with security policies, and collaborating with other departments to integrate identity solutions. You'll also produce technical position papers and maintain comprehensive documentation. The posting requires experience in IAM architecture and design, strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of security policies, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS Identity Center.
