Job Description
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our small but mighty Talent team at Sardine. This role is more than just filling roles — you’ll be a strategic partner to our Engineering and Product orgs, helping us attract and hire exceptional technical talent as we scale. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategy, drive key searches, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
You’ll own the full-cycle hiring process—from outreach to offer—with a relentless focus on candidate experience, speed, and quality. You’ll independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Product Engineering and AI/ML teams, aligning closely with hiring managers to drive strategic hiring in high-impact technical areas. You will also drive hiring velocity through proactive pipeline building, tight process management, and clear communication with stakeholders. Market insights, funnel data, and recruiting best practices will inform decision-making. Help shape Sardine’s employer brand and outreach narrative for technical candidates.
