Role Overview:
- This is a high-impact role to lead and scale our business in Spain, requiring a build-from-scratch approach.
- You will own the market, drive revenue, and operate with a high degree of autonomy and a founder mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the Europe market by owning pipeline, clients, and revenue from prospecting to closure.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Spain and manage relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- Work with global teams to ensure campaign performance and establish Newton as a credible partner.
What We're Looking For:
- 8–10 years of experience in digital advertising or performance sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong network in agencies and advertisers, plus experience in building and scaling markets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills for a fast-paced environment.
