What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute regional marketing programs designed to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support strategic revenue growth.
- Execute localized marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and industry channels.
- Build and strengthen Novidea’s market presence and profile across regional insurance and Insurtech communities.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or regional marketing roles within SaaS, technology, or Insurtech environments.
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, and account-based marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation, marketing attribution, and campaign ROI measurement.
