Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting and candidate screening.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Experience:

• 3+ years of high-volume staffing experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Hands on experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy and/or Skilled Trades industries.

Flexibility:

• Able to shift tasks and priorities at the drop of a hat.
• Creative and process-driven: constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
