Manager, People Systems (Workday)

Recorded Future’s People team is seeking a Manager, People Systems who will oversee the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of Workday. This role will serve as the first point of contact for the business and partner closely with various key stakeholders to ensure system growth and scalability as well as troubleshooting issues. Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support independently partner with the People Team for ongoing enhancements and maintenance for several Workday modules (Core HCM, Time/Absence, Talent, Benefits, etc). Project manage any further Phase X implementations and upgrades through collaborating with key stakeholders. Provide regular Workday support to the People team through frequent auditing and running custom reports/dashboards. Manage current team of Workday contractors (4-7) – approve weekly hours, manage contractor POs, internal renewal process, and selection/management of contractors. Own vendor relationships including but not limited to: external AMS team, Workday contracting agencies, etc. Manage vendor POs and any internal procurement processing.
