Job Description
This is a part-time, temporary position beginning the first week of September through mid-December. The responsibilities include facilitating onboarding, including new hire orientation; maintaining employee personnel files and records using SharePoint and ADP; advising on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and corrective actions; assist in mediation as needed; managing offboarding processes, including employee terminations. Support the administration of employee benefit plans, including new hire benefits enrollment, open enrollment coordination, and qualified life events. Monitoring the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries, responding to employment verification and security requests, assisting with leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, etc.) and contributing to compliance initiatives , AAP, and VETS-4212 reporting. The HR Generalist will also collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across remote teams.
