Human Resources Generalist - Service Center

As an HR Service Center Generalist, you’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to Legacy Health employees. In this role, you will use your advanced knowledge of HR policies, strong organizational skills, and collaborative mindset to provide high-value, high-impact support across the organization. Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding employees and leaders through HR processes, your work will make a meaningful difference every day. You will utilize advanced knowledge of organizational policies and HR programs, including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Employment Business Intelligence, and Organizational Development. You will serve as a key point of contact for Legacy Health employees, delivering responsive and knowledgeable support in a call center environment. Working in Oregon or Washington is required.
