The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and business development support to a senior consultant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and can assist with client communication, scheduling, reporting, and lead tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Email & Communication Management, Calendar & Task Management, Client & Business Development Support, Administrative & Project Coordination, Adhoc Support. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: 3+ years of experience as an Executive or Virtual Assistant. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. High attention to detail and follow-through. Experience with CRM systems, calendar tools, and task management software. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Research and reporting experience preferred.
