HR Support responsibilities include serving as the go-to HR partner for team members, fielding questions, resolving issues, and advising managers. In Employee Relations the candidate will handle employee concerns with discretion and care, conduct investigations and coach managers on performance and behavior-related issues. The role involves driving onboarding processes that are compliant, consistent, and welcoming, including offboarding. In addition, the role manages payroll for the team, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. The candidate should have process improvement, with workflows and systems. The candidate should foster an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued.
