Director of Operations

The Role:

• We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Director of Operations to help scale and optimize ARMRA's end-to-end operations.
• This is a senior individual contributor and operational leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project management, systems optimization, and vendor management.
• Support supply chain and logistics collaboration with demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Build operational dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time visibility into KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or operational program management in CPG or health/wellness.
• Proven track record of building processes, implementing systems, and driving improvements in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
