Job Description
The Interpretation Project Manager (PM) will help drive new business and manage projects, including planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure using Welocalize standard processes and tools. They will understand client requirements, engage the global team, and craft solutions based on Welocalize's pillars: Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork.
Main duties include evaluating buy rates, developing knowledge of vendor and project management software, providing information to clients, communicating project scope with clients, and liaising between clients and talent to communicate goals. This role also involves managing live interpretation projects, creating project plans, managing schedules, assessing risks, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The PM will qualify resource selection, manage resource requests, engage with talent, and negotiate rates.
