Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain sales process documentation and playbooks.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for automation within the sales funnel.
- Update and maintain existing operational dashboards.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Provide data and analysis to support strategic planning and the annual operations roadmap.
- Contribute to the weekly forecasting process by validating data.
- Enhance forecast accuracy using automated signal-tracking and pipeline hygiene triggers.
Familiarity with RevOps Tools:
- You are proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot), have strong skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with AI and Workflow Automations: You have experience building and launching programs with Zapier, n8n, Claude, Gemini and Google App Script.
- You have a good understanding of CoinGecko products, customer needs, and the crypto/blockchain landscape.
