About This Role:
- Manage and optimize our CRM architecture, technology infrastructure, and data hygiene.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations to facilitate data flow.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Own HubSpot administration and manage integrations across revenue-related systems.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize GTM processes.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between platforms and ensure data integrity.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Expertise in API development, integrations, and advanced workflow logic.
- Proven ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail.
