Responsibilities:
- Tech Stack Ownership: Administer and optimize core pipeline management via HubSpot.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and diagnose operational friction points.
- Data Integrity & Analytics: Work alongside our Data Team to be the guardian of data quality.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in CRM administration and automation tools and Google Sheets mastery.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using SQL or BI tools to dig deeper and explain data constraints.
