SVP, Client Services (Pharma Agency)

The SVP, Client Services is a seasoned agency leader who is often the face of the Avalere Health brand at a client organization, operating internally and externally with integrity, empathy, and respect. This role requires strong leadership to direct team members, establish priorities, and develop team members through coaching and mentoring, driving client and internal team initiatives. The SVP exhibits mastery in leading positive client relationships by building relationships at senior levels. This role provides strategic counsel with deep knowledge of the pharma industry to bring value to clients. It is responsible for forecast development, attainment of annual revenue plans, and working collaboratively with talent acquisition to recruit top talent. About you? 20 or more years of experience in marketing or marketing-related roles within the pharmaceutical industry, Agency Account leadership experience required with experience in digital marketing and fully integrated marketing projects preferred. Experience leading teams of account management professionals at multiple levels of 10 people or more.
