What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of patient engagement programs, including webinars, events, and videos.
- Manage Veeva/MLR submissions, budgets, and client status meetings.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver on time, on budget, and compliant.
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of client services or account management in healthcare, pharma, or biotech.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva/MLR, MS Office, Adobe, and virtual event platforms.
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills with sound judgment.
