Digital Adoption Platform Lead

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate WalkMe project for Workday implementation with external partner and internal SMEs.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, decisons, action items, dependencies, and communications.
• Translate between business, process, technical, and learning perspectives for usable WalkMe solutions.

Goverance Development:

• Define scalable end-to-end DAP lifecycle covering intake, prioritization, design, build, testting, approval, deployment, and maintenance.
• Establish standards, templates, checklists, naming conventions, and quality controls aligned with TX and IT requirements.
• Create a responsibility matrix for handoffs among SMEs, process owners, IT, Training, and stakeholders.

Solution Analysis and Design:

• Lead intake and scoping to understand business problem, target audience, user journey, workflow, and performance expectations.
• Design solution proposals defining user experience, audience segmentation, WalkMe capabilities, and success measures.
• Build, configure, and trousershoot WalkMe solutions using features like smart walkthroughs, launchers, smart tips, surverys, and validation.
