Implementation & Project Leadership:
- Own implementation timelines, milestone tracking, risk management, and coordination across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops to understand customer business processes and success criteria.
- Lead customer status meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
Business Process & Configuration Design:
- Lead business process design sessions with customer stakeholders including Safety Managers and Operations Leaders.
- Define and own configuration decisions related to forms, templates, workflows, and permissions.
- Validate that configured processes reflect real-world field operations and align with industry best practices.
Training, Adoption & Change Support:
- Support training strategy development and delivery in partnership with customer stakeholders.
- Identify key champions and stakeholders to support user adoption and successful rollout.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback during pilot programs to drive continuous improvement.
Testing, Validation & Go-Live Readiness:
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution from a functional perspective.
- Identify, communicate, and proactively manage implementation risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Support go-live readiness reviews, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
