- Lead solution workshops to develop business processes for customers.
- Guide customers through change management including policy, comms, and training.
What We Look For:
- 2+ years in implementation, project management, or onboarding roles with enterprise SaaS experience.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage over 20 implementations at a time.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
