About the Role:
- Own customer relationship and successful deployment of Samsara’s solution.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
- Travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or onboarding.
- Strong project management and consultative skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bias for action and high standards.
- Change management delivery experience.
- Experience using AI or automation in CS workflows.
