Install, maintain, validate and repair PerkinElmer and/or multivendor instrumentation at customer site
Communicate service offerings including training, support, software and field upgrades
Perform timely uploads and downloads of required service data

Ability to follow written and verbal directions

Basic Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering
Associate Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering
High School Diploma plus 10 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment
