Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product for customers and employees.
• Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase product knowledge.
• Support sales team with leads and write technical documentation for new products.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation.
• Strong communication skills in English & Arabic with public speaking experience.
• Availability to travel for business.
