Key Responsibilities:
- Bring the Horace Mann story to life and coach new agents through agency development.
- Partner with agents to develop business plans and work side-by-side in the field.
- Analyze performance and drive accountability to improve sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of sales leadership or business consulting experience.
- Proven ability to coach and develop individuals, with strong business acumen.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $80,000–$114,000 with target incentive up to $60,000.
- Actual compensation based on experience, geographic location, and qualifications.
