Seeking a strategic, seasoned, and technically minded Sales Enablement Director to lead the development and execution of our global sales enablement strategy. This leader will play a critical role in equipping our sales organization with the technical knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Cyara’s solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of complex enterprise technology sales environments and is passionate about bridging technical understanding with sales execution.
Responsibilities include designing and managing a sales enablement program, collaborating with various teams to develop training materials, leading onboarding programs, defining sales processes, creating coaching content for Sales Managers, delivering ongoing enablement initiatives, translating product updates into actionable sales knowledge, leveraging data to optimize programs, overseeing enablement tools, acting as a strategic advisor, and staying current with industry trends.
