Responsibilities:

  • Own the outcome of your book of business by managing a portfolio of New York small group employer clients, serving as their trusted advisor and proactively addressing needs.
  • Create and present client deliverables such as renewal presentations, financial reporting, budget reviews, and education sessions for clients and members.
  • Enhance client experience by collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners to streamline day-to-day servicing and ensure exceptional delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage, including a minimum of 5+ years independently managing accounts with minimal guidance.
  • Recent experience supporting New York small employer groups (50-100 lives) with strong knowledge of small group plans, products, and financial arrangements.
  • New York Health Insurance License required, along with strong Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite, written, and communication skills, and comfort with public speaking.
