Position Objectives:
- Lead benefits analysis and presentations across medical, dental, vision, disability, group life, and voluntary benefit lines for clients and prospects with 2 to 250 employees.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on benefits package design and employee contribution strategy, benchmarking their options against market data and aligning with each company's goals and culture.
- Manage and mentor a team of two offshore Benefits Marketing Specialists, overseeing their workflow, quality of output, and professional development.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ Years Experience — Small & Large group benefits analysis and consulting
- Bachelor's Degree — Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Active Insurance License — Life & Health license required
