Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain renewal workbooks, including spreadsheeting, data validation
- Support benchmarking, plan design analysis, and other financial and strategic projects
- Draft benefit communications and compliance-related documentation

What you’ll bring:
- 3–10 years of experience in a benefits analyst, account manager or similar role within a benefits brokerage or consulting environment required
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work comfortably in Google Suite
- Experience drafting benefits-related documents such as SPD/SBCs, ERISA Wraps, and enrollment materials in both languages
