Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive growth across the employer segment and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Own sales forecasting and reporting, providing clear visibility into pipeline performance to inform strategy and drive accountability.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on hiring, goal setting, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within HR/Benefits, with proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships and navigating decision-making across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical instincts, and experience leveraging Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
