About the Role:
- Own end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Manage a portfolio of 10-20 concurrent projects with strict timelines.
- Work at the forefront of AI technology in life sciences.
Responsibilities:
- Configure client applications using no-code flow builders and perform QA testing.
- Coordinate with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams.
- Scale implementation operations by developing SOPs and template project plans.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience managing concurrent software implementations.
- Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in pharma or life sciences.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
